The clinic hands it over at the first visit and, from that point on, has no way to see it again until the parent brings it back. The missed dose isn't discovered by a system. This is an operational problem, not a clinical one: the schedule sits outside the clinic's own system.

No. The reminder is sent on WhatsApp, to the number the family already uses to message the clinic. There is nothing for the parent to download or set up.
Each CuraVerto reminder is sent as an approved WhatsApp utility template and billed at ₹0.15 per message from the clinic's wallet, the same utility rate used for appointment and payment reminders. It is not billed at the ₹0.88 marketing-broadcast rate, since a due-date reminder is not a promotional message.
An overdue dose gets a further reminder rather than being reminded indefinitely, with a minimum gap enforced between nudges so a parent isn't messaged daily. The clinic can still see the dose sitting open in the child's record either way; the reminder is a nudge, not a way to compel a visit.
