FDI 32-tooth odontogram, ambient AI scribe, treatment plan phasing, and NABH-ready pharmacy — all in one flat-priced plan.
General clinic software manages appointments, prescriptions, and invoices. Dental practices do all of that — and then operate a completely different clinical layer on top. Every patient visit in a dental clinic produces a tooth-level record: which teeth were examined, what conditions were found, what was treated, what is planned for future visits, and what the patient owes across a multi-visit course of treatment. None of these concepts exist in a general EMR. The result is a dental clinic running two parallel systems — a general EMR for appointments and billing, and a separate paper chart or spreadsheet for everything clinical. CuraVerto collapses both into one.
CuraVerto replaces the paper chart, the treatment plan Word document, the WhatsApp image folder, the per-tooth billing workaround, and the commission Excel sheet — with one structured dental record per patient.
Every feature below is live and available today. No roadmap promises.
Every section below reflects how the module actually works — not a feature checklist. See how each part of the IVF workflow maps to a structured record in CuraVerto.
The CuraVerto odontogram is built to the FDI two-digit notation standard — tooth 11 through 48 for permanent dentition, 51 through 85 for primary. Five age-adaptive profiles automatically show the correct tooth set: infant (primary only), primary dentition, mixed dentition (transitional), adolescent (all permanent except third molars), and adult (full 32-tooth chart). Each tooth is a clickable element — a single click opens a condition panel where the dentist selects from a standardised list: sound, decay, missing (extracted or congenital), filled (amalgam or composite), crown, bridge abutment, implant, implant crown, root canal treated, fractured, impacted, partially erupted, or mobile. Shift+click selects multiple teeth for batch actions — useful for scaling across a quadrant or sealant application across a group of molars. The completed odontogram is rendered as a visual chart in the patient record and printed on the treatment plan document. No paper chart, no separate dental software, no photograph of a hand-drawn diagram.
The ambient dental scribe listens continuously while the dentist examines the patient. The dentist narrates findings using natural language: "tooth 16, mesial decay, needs composite. Tooth 26, existing amalgam failing, watch. Tooth 36, pain on percussion, refer for RCT." The scribe processes audio in 8-second rolling chunks and updates the odontogram and consultation note in real time — condition codes painted on the corresponding teeth, findings written into the structured clinical note. Audio is processed by Deepgram medical-grade transcription and then structured by Claude Sonnet. Critically, audio is never stored after processing — the 8-second chunk is transcribed, structured, and discarded immediately. The dentist examines the patient with both hands, narrates findings as they would to a dental assistant, and finds a completed chart and note waiting for review and confirmation when the examination ends. For a busy dental OPD seeing 20–30 patients a day, this recovers 30–45 minutes of documentation time per dentist per day.
After completing the odontogram, the dentist builds a phased treatment plan from the conditions identified. Phase 1 captures urgent and emergency work (acute pain, abscess, extractions). Phase 2 captures restorative work (fillings, crowns, bridges). Phase 3 captures elective and cosmetic work (whitening, veneers, implants). Each phase lists the procedures, the teeth involved, the number of visits estimated, and the cost per procedure. The total treatment cost is computed across all three phases. The AI Proposal Card takes the completed plan and generates a patient-facing summary — plain language, no clinical jargon, with per-visit cost estimates and a phasing rationale. This is sent to the patient via WhatsApp as a secure link. The patient reads it, asks questions via WhatsApp, and confirms acceptance. The accepted plan is linked to the patient record and drives all future appointment bookings — each appointment is booked against a specific phase, keeping the full course of treatment connected end-to-end.
Dental chains and multi-dentist practices operate on a revenue-sharing model between the clinic and each dentist. CuraVerto tracks gross revenue per dentist per billing period, applies the agreed commission percentage or flat-fee structure, computes earnings, and shows outstanding payable amounts. The clinic owner sees a dashboard of per-dentist revenue and commission across all branches. The Doctor Commission Engine replaces the end-of-month Excel reconciliation that most dental chains produce manually — pulling appointment data, matching to invoices, applying commission rules, and computing payables — a process that typically takes 2–4 hours per month and is error-prone. With CuraVerto, the commission report is live, updated with every invoice, and accurate to the current minute.
Generic EMR software is built around appointments. IVF is built around cycles. That gap explains why most fertility clinics manage IVF data across a patchwork of tools — even when they already have an EMR. See also: CuraVerto vs Clinicea and IVF clinic software cost in India.
