• A number looks wrong. Check the inputs shown in the conversation. For the missed-appointment cost tool these are appointments per day, no-show rate and fee. It assumes 26 working days a month unless you say otherwise.
• The plugin did not appear, or ChatGPT did not use it. Name it in your message, for example "Use Clinic Operations Toolkit to work out what no-shows cost my clinic."
• You entered patient information by mistake. Write to us and we will check our logs.
• Anything else. support@curaverto.com
