Privacy policy

What this is. Clinic Operations Toolkit is a plugin for ChatGPT, provided by Apex Meridian Private Limited ("we"), with tools for clinic operations. This policy describes the tools in the version listed below. If a later version adds a tool that handles different information, this policy will be updated before that version is released.

Tools in this version. Missed-appointment cost: it estimates what no-shows cost a clinic. It does arithmetic on numbers you give it.

What we receive. When you use the missed-appointment cost tool, ChatGPT sends us the numbers needed for the calculation: appointments per day, no-show rate, consultation fee, and optionally staff time and a monthly cost. That is all this version is designed to receive.

What we do not want. Do not enter patient names, phone numbers, appointment records, visit reasons or any information about an individual patient. The plugin accepts plain numbers only. A request that contains anything else is rejected.

What we keep. We do not store what you send, and our application does not write request content to its logs. Our hosting provider records technical request metadata such as time, response status and IP address, as any web host does. A request that is rejected still reaches our server before it is rejected; it is not stored or logged by the application.

Who we share it with. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or combine it with other data. The plugin endpoint sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

This website. The pages you are reading are on curaverto.com, which may use Google Analytics to measure visits to its pages. That applies to viewing these pages, not to using the plugin in ChatGPT.

OpenAI. Your conversation with ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. This policy covers only the numbers sent to our plugin.

Your rights. Because we do not keep what you send, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. If you believe you sent personal information by mistake, write to us at the address below and we will check our logs.
