# CuraVerto for Automated Clinic Reminders

CuraVerto automates appointment, payment, and follow-up reminders for Indian OPD clinics over WhatsApp, intended to remove the daily task of manually calling every patient.

## The manual reminder problem

Front-desk staff at most clinics spend the first part of every morning calling patients to confirm appointments booked for that day, often reaching only half of them on the first attempt.

## Automatic reminders, sent overnight

Every patient booked for the next day receives a WhatsApp reminder automatically the night before, with the appointment date, time, and doctor filled in, and a one-tap reschedule link if the time no longer works.

## Only the exceptions need a call

Patients who do not respond to the reminder are flagged as unconfirmed, so staff can call the small remaining list instead of every patient on the day's schedule.

## Reminders beyond appointments

The same reminder engine sends payment reminders with an embedded Razorpay link for outstanding balances, and can flag vaccination or follow-up due dates, instead of running three separate reminder systems.

## One engine, one calendar

Reminders read from the same appointment and billing data the rest of CuraVerto uses, so a reschedule or a payment made from a reminder updates the real record directly.

Automated reminders are part of the core Appointments module, included from the Essential plan at ₹9,999/year, with no per-message or per-reminder fee.
