# CuraVerto for Clinic and Hospital Pharmacies

CuraVerto's pharmacy module targets three recurring problems in an in-house
clinic pharmacy: expiry losses, manual invoice entry, and day-end
reconciliation that doesn't balance.

## OCR invoice scanning

A photographed supplier invoice is read by AI vision — drug name, batch,
expiry, quantity, MRP, HSN code, GST rate, and invoice number — and used to
auto-fill the goods-received note (GRN). A single scan typically covers
around 87 line items. OCR is metered at ₹5 per scan from a prepaid wallet,
with bulk receiving up to 100 batches per call.

## Expiry Hub

Stock is shown in a 4-band view: Red (expired or expiring this week), Amber
(within 30 days), Yellow (30–90 days), and Green (healthy). Expired or
near-expiry batches are automatically quarantined and removed from the
dispensing queue so they cannot reach a patient. Expiry reports are
downloadable as CSV.

## FEFO dispensing

The dispense queue selects batches first-expiry-first-out automatically, and
cross-checks against the patient's allergy record and LASA (look-alike,
sound-alike) drug flags at the point of dispensing, alongside drug
interaction alerts and GS1 DataMatrix barcode scanning.

## Compliance and reconciliation

- Schedule H1 register: a tamper-evident digital register using a SHA-256
  hash chain, with each entry cryptographically linked to the previous one;
  NABH PQI compliant
- Day-end reconciliation: a single screen — opening stock, received,
  dispensed, returned, closing — with every number traceable to a GRN,
  prescription, or return slip
- 8 built-in NABH pharmacy quality indicators tracking dispensing accuracy,
  adverse drug reactions, and near-misses
- Cold chain monitoring with threshold alerts and a full audit trail

## AI demand forecasting

Stock requirements are predicted from dispensing velocity and lead times.
Purchase order drafts are generated automatically before stock runs out, with
quantities calculated from consumption patterns.

## Vendor AI Parse

Supplier replies forwarded to CuraVerto are parsed by AI to extract item
names, quantities, prices, and delivery dates automatically, removing manual
data entry from vendor messages. This is metered at ₹1 per parse from a
prepaid wallet.

## GST and reporting

GST invoices are generated per sale, with input tax credit reconciled against
purchase GRNs. GST summary, sales report, GRN register, and purchase register
are all downloadable, typically as CSV.

## Pricing and plan gating

Pharmacy — FEFO dispensing, purchase orders, the Expiry Hub, and reports — is
included from the Pro plan, ₹24,999/year with unlimited doctors. OCR
scanning (₹5/scan) and Vendor AI Parse (₹1/parse) are metered separately
from a prepaid wallet.
