# CuraVerto for Multi-Branch Clinics

CuraVerto is branch-scoped by design for clinics running two or more
locations: every branch gets its own GST document series, schedule, and
inventory, with one consolidated login and dashboard for the owner.

## Per-branch document numbering

Every branch bills under its own GST document series in the format
`{BRANCH}/{DOC_TYPE}/{VISIT_TYPE}-{SEQ}/{FY}`. Sequences never collide across
branches. The fiscal year resets on April 1, in line with Indian GST filing,
and a document number is immutable once issued.

## Doctors across branches

A doctor can be attached to multiple branches under a single profile, with
separate consultation slots at each. The front desk at a given branch sees
only that branch's availability for the doctor, so cross-branch
double-booking of the same doctor at the same time is structurally
prevented.

## Branch-scoped operations

- Scheduling: each branch runs its own appointment book, live queue, and
  doctor slots
- Billing: invoices, receipts, and GST math run per branch, on that branch's
  own document series, rolling up automatically into clinic-level totals
- Inventory: pharmacy stock, batches, and reorder levels are tracked per
  branch, with no mixed stock pools between locations
- Staff access: receptionists, doctors, pharmacists, and finance staff get
  roles scoped to their branch; owners and managers see everything

## Consolidated owner reporting

Revenue, visits, collections, and outstanding balances are shown per branch
and combined across the clinic in one dashboard, so branches can be compared
without manually merging spreadsheets.

## Migrating an existing branch

Existing patient records and history can be migrated onto the platform for a
branch already running on another system. Old invoice numbers from the prior
system are preserved for reference, while new documents start cleanly on the
branch's own series.

## Pricing

The Pro plan is ₹24,999/year and includes 1 branch; each additional branch is
₹9,999/year. The Plus plan is ₹49,999/year and includes 3 branches, with
additional branches also at ₹9,999/year each. Both tiers include unlimited
doctors with no per-doctor fees, and prices exclude GST.

## WhatsApp notifications

Appointment confirmations, reminders, and documents are sent through the
official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API at every branch. Utility templates are
metered at ₹0.15 per message.
