# CuraVerto Live Queue Display

CuraVerto includes a live, on-screen queue display for clinic waiting rooms, intended to remove the need for a separate token-display purchase and the "how much longer" question asked at the front desk throughout the day.

## The separate-system problem

Clinics that go looking for a queue-display fix usually end up shopping for a standalone digital-queue or token product: a second purchase, a second login, and a second system that can drift out of sync with the actual appointment book.

## Reads off the same appointment record

The Live Queue Display is not a separate module to configure. Front desk marks a patient checked-in against their existing appointment, the same action already used for scheduling and billing, and that single action is what puts the patient into the queue and advances the display as each consultation starts and finishes.

## Included on every plan

Live Queue Display is part of the base license from the Essential plan through Enterprise. It is not a paid add-on and not gated to a higher tier.

## What it is not

It is not the Dental Suite's Queue TV, a separate dental-specific display bundled with odontogram and consent tools on Pro and above. It also does not send patients a WhatsApp message about their turn; it is an on-screen waiting-room and dashboard view only.
