# CuraVerto for Lab & Diagnostics

Lab test ordering, result entry, and GST-correct billing that live inside the same patient visit CuraVerto already runs, instead of a separate lab register nobody reconciles with the front desk.

## The problem

- **A lab order that lives on paper** A test is ordered on a scribbled pad, then re-typed into a separate lab register that has no link back to the visit that ordered it.
- **A result nobody in the front office can see** The result sits with the lab technician. The doctor and the front desk find out only when the patient asks, because nothing connects the result to the record it belongs to.
- **"Is my report ready?" calls, every day** Patients call repeatedly to ask if their report is ready, because there is no automatic way for the clinic to tell them it's done.

## What the module does

### Order Tied to the Visit, Not a Separate Register

A lab order is placed from the same patient visit record it belongs to, instead of being written on a pad and re-typed into a standalone lab register.

### Results Recorded Against the Same Record

Once a result is entered, it attaches to the visit and the patient's record it came from, so there is one place to look, not a lab folder and a patient file that never reconcile.

### WhatsApp Delivery When the Report Is Ready

A completed lab result can be sent to the patient on WhatsApp, the same number reminders and digital Rx already use, instead of the patient calling to ask if it's ready.

### GST-Correct Billing, Same Invoice as the Visit

Lab test charges appear as line items on the same GST-compliant, fiscal-year-numbered invoice as the consultation, instead of a separate sheet that has to be reconciled by hand at day's end.

### Role-Scoped Lab Access

CuraVerto's role model includes lab-specific staff roles, so lab result entry is scoped to the people who should see it, not open to every login.

### Sized for a Clinic, Not a Diagnostic Chain

This is a lab module built for a clinic that runs some tests in-house, not a commercial LIMS platform built for a lab chain's scale and separate business.

## Pricing

Lab & Diagnostics is a real add-on module, priced on top of the Pro or Plus plan (both exclusive of GST), not included in the Essential base licence and not bundled free into the Pro or Plus licence fee itself. It sits alongside CuraVerto's other Pro/Plus bolt-ons, in-house Pharmacy and Lead Generation/Inbox. This is different from Teleconsultation, which is usage-based and available on every plan including Essential, not a Pro/Plus add-on.
