# CuraVerto for IVF and Fertility Clinics

CuraVerto is clinic management software for IVF and fertility clinics,
combining an AI-qualified WhatsApp lead inbox with a full clinical cycle
workflow — stimulation, embryology, and cryo tracking — and cycle-linked
billing.

## AI Lead Inbox

Every WhatsApp inquiry receives an automated, conversational response rather
than a template reply. The AI engages the prospective patient, answers
questions about process and timelines, and qualifies intent and readiness.
Qualified inquiries are scored Hot, Warm, or Cold and appear in a
counsellor's Lead Pipeline with a full conversation summary, so follow-up
starts from an informed position rather than a cold read of the thread.
This is positioned as a replacement for WATI plus a separate spreadsheet
pipeline for lead tracking.

## Clinical cycle workflow

A cycle can be started directly from an appointment in three clicks: select
the package, confirm the protocol, and the cycle is live. From there:

- Stimulation protocol panel: daily medication tracking with dose
  adjustments, follicle growth charts, and hormone level tracking
  (E2/LH/P4/FSH)
- Embryology grading: Day 1/3/5/6 Gardner grading with per-embryo fate
  tracking
- Cryo inventory: tracked down to tank, canister, and straw, with
  billing-due and consent-renewal alerts
- NABH KPIs built in, including clinical pregnancy rate, cancellation rate,
  and fertilisation rate

## Billing and documentation

Package-based billing covers Fresh IVF, FET, IUI, and Egg Freezing, with
milestone-linked payments, IAR receipts, a refund calculator, and automated
cycle statements. Documentation includes digital consent with patient
signatures, a 9-document print suite (cycle statements, embryology reports,
cryo manifests among them), and a NABH-grade audit trail.

## Pricing and plan gating

The IVF and Fertility module requires the Plus plan, ₹49,999/year, which
covers unlimited doctors and 3 branches (additional branches ₹9,999/year
each). It is not available on Essential or Pro. There are no per-cycle
charges.

## Multi-branch fertility groups

A multi-branch fertility group can run on one account. Branches share one
dashboard while billing, document numbers, stock, and doctor rosters stay
branch-scoped, so each branch's books stay clean.

## Data protection

Every table carries row-level security. Plus-tier tenants get a per-tenant
encryption key, and data is stored in India. CuraVerto states its handling
is designed to be compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP)
Act 2023, with audit logs available on the Plus plan.
