# CuraVerto for Clinic Billing and Revenue Management

CuraVerto's billing module gives clinic owners real-time revenue visibility,
automatic GST invoicing, and a doctor commission engine intended to remove
manual reconciliation and payout disputes.

## Automatic invoicing

Every consultation and procedure generates a GST-compliant invoice with
correct HSN codes, tax rates, and totals calculated automatically. There is
no manual data entry for invoice line items.

## Doctor commission engine

Commission structures — per-consultation rates, percentage splits on
procedures, incentive thresholds — are configurable per doctor. Commission is
calculated in real time as consultations and procedures happen, and each
doctor can see their own earnings dashboard, with the aim of removing
month-end disputes over payout numbers.

## Revenue dashboard

Revenue is shown daily, weekly, and monthly, broken down by doctor, by
service, and by payment method, alongside collection rates, outstanding
balances, and trends — all without waiting for end-of-month reconciliation.

## Payments

- Razorpay integration for in-clinic card payments and WhatsApp payment
  links, reconciled automatically against revenue
- Payment reminders: outstanding balances are flagged automatically, and a
  WhatsApp reminder with an embedded Razorpay payment link can be sent in one
  tap
- Card and debit-card surcharges are configurable and render on every
  invoice PDF and receipt, so the books match what the patient actually paid

## GST compliance

A service-wise breakdown with HSN codes, tax amounts, and input credits is
available as a downloadable CSV summary for handoff to a chartered
accountant.

## Document numbering

Document numbers are branch-scoped and sequential, with the fiscal year
rolling over on April 1 in line with Indian GST filing. Numbers are
immutable once issued.

## Payout management

Doctor payouts are pre-calculated with a full audit trail — consultation
counts, procedure splits, incentive thresholds documented — for the owner to
review, approve, and process.

## Pricing

CuraVerto takes no cut of clinic revenue. Pricing is a flat annual fee: no
commission on consultations, no per-appointment charge, and no percentage of
collections. Essential is ₹9,999/year, Pro is ₹24,999/year, and Plus is
₹49,999/year; billing (the revenue dashboard and commission engine) is
included from the Pro plan.
