# CuraVerto Release Notes

CuraVerto publishes a version history documenting every shipped release,
from v1.0 (December 2025, the initial platform) through the current version.
Each release lists its version number, name, ship date, and a summary of
what changed.

## Release history

**v11.17 — Dental Workflow Rebuild & Data Integrity** (August 2026, current)
Rebuilds the dental Rx-session modal across two more phases: odontogram
multi-select becomes an explicit touch-friendly control with a bulk-action bar,
the case sheet auto-starts, treatment history gains a drill-down into a full
past visit, and a legibility pass fixes sub-AA contrast on the clinical
documentation card. A separate fix re-keys the Treatment Plan history join off
the clinical day in IST instead of a mostly-null appointment_id, which had left
the feature silently empty for most real visits. The dental plan-to-payment loop
is wired end to end for the first time in production, alongside fixes to the
plan-confirmation prompt and Quick Bill's spurious consultation line. A
root-cause fix stops WhatsApp from creating duplicate patients by sanitizing
phone numbers before the very first write, followed by a one-time cleanup
merging duplicate records and family-linking genuine phone-collision pairs. An
audit-log coverage sweep closes gaps across roughly 40 API routes, the WhatsApp
Doctor Daily Summary gains a full per-appointment list, and legal-document
signing links can now be recovered after the page that generated them closes. A
new guided IVF treatment journey ships live for cycles that opt in, while a
package-entitlement foundation ships dark. Journal entries on part-paid invoices
now post the amount actually collected, and the billing-reconciliation cron
checks data it had been silently skipping past a database row cap.

**v11.16 — Legal Document Platform & Invoice Accuracy** (August 2026)
Ships the Legal Document Platform across four phases: a branded rendering
pipeline replaces the old unbranded Order Form output, NDA/MSA/DPA/SLA join the
same content model behind one generate action, a shareable read-only link lets a
client read and download a document with no login, and per-document signature
capture lets a client sign one agreement at a time and return later for the rest
via the same link. An invoice-PDF accuracy pass fixes a treatment-plan panel that
was truncating large amounts off the page edge and rendering inconsistent widths
across call sites, a clinic header that vanished on auto-added continuation
pages, and a footer-overlap bug on pharmacy invoices. Dental practices get a new
patient-level Dental Lifetime Record (sticky medical/dental/family history, a
cross-visit AI overview, and a treatment-history summary), integrated into the
shared three-panel Rx-session cockpit as the opening phase of a broader
case-sheet redesign. A digital patient-registration form replaces a paper intake
for a multi-branch dental client, with a mobile/tablet responsiveness pass across
the patient modal, kiosk intake, and the new form. A GRN catalog-matching fix
makes drug-name matching trustworthy rather than a UI patch, and clinic
block-dates are now enforced on every booking channel, including the WhatsApp bot
and voice agent.

**v11.15 — Practice Intelligence & Platform Reliability** (August 2026)
Redesigns Insights end to end: a trimmed "At a glance" section (capacity gauge
and sparkline hero, retiring a radar chart and hex grid that duplicated data
shown elsewhere) and a narrowed Performance roster with on-demand metric detail,
rank numerals, and threshold banners. Treatment Episodes moves to v2 with
doctor-driven episode control, printable combined visit history, dental payment
tracking folded into the standard PaymentModal, and a "what's left" balance pill
on the appointments row, alongside a fix for invoices that were never receiving
their episode tag due to a link-timing gap present since v1. Operator Copilot's
live WhatsApp conversation engine switches to Sarvam-105b and gets a five-part
reliability pass covering a hidden-reasoning token-budget bug in SQL generation,
dead deep links now sourced only from code, wrong-language replies in
mixed-language threads, voice notes forced to English transcription, and a silent
RLS policy gap. Walk-in patients can now pay by a live UPI QR shown directly in
the billing modal. A recurring bug class, analytics, finance-insights, and
pharmacy report queries silently capped at PostgREST's 1,000-row default, is
closed platform-wide, alongside a fix for quick-bill invoices being dropped from
doctor revenue attribution. Platform service-status monitoring, camp RSVP decline
tracking, an Order Form generator for clinic onboarding, and internal/demo
tenants excluded from platform KPI aggregates round out the release.

**v11.14 — Dental Billing Ledger & Insurance Foundation** (August 2026)
Closes out the dental treatment-payments repair: per-sitting billing now works
from every screen that can open it, treatment completion and advance payments run
server-side with a full audit trail, and one full-ledger balance plus a shared
plan-financials view replace the mutually inconsistent numbers that used to appear
depending on which screen you were on. A front-desk Collections tab, a locked-down
refund role matrix, and a patient dues badge round out the billing work. Insurance
& TPA Billing ships its foundation in the same window: a payer/claims/payout data
model, an Insurance payment mode wired into the clinic's real checkout screens, and
a four-screen Claims/Payers/Payouts/Dues console, opt-in behind an explicit module
flag. Health camps gain self-service WhatsApp RSVP with deposit capture and
tenant-authored, button-customizable invite templates. A pharmacy reliability pass
fixes two compliance reports that were silently returning zero rows, releases stock
stuck in reversal quarantine, isolates nightly backup failures per table, and closes
a keyboard-shortcut bug that created duplicate orders. AI Reception adds opt-in
phone-based booking and voice reminders, Insights gets a real admin-only Profit tile
with GST-corrected margin math, and appointment cancellation is now unified across
staff, WhatsApp, and voice channels.

**v11.13 — Security Hardening & Fertility Gatekeeping** (August 2026)
Closes a live cross-tenant data-exposure gap. A permissive RLS policy bug had let
any authenticated user read another tenant's appointments, prescriptions, and
invoices, and the event trigger that auto-enables row-level security on every new
table turned out to exist only in production with no migration file or ledger row
behind it. Both are fixed, alongside a repair to the migration-drift checker that
had been silently blind to real gaps for months. Fertility care gains three
gatekeeping modules built together: PGT transfer-eligibility enforcement,
third-party reproduction and legal clearance gating, and an embryology witness
gate, plus fixes for a clearance-expiry timezone bug and a DPDP erasure gap
affecting partner-linked patients. A billing-accuracy pass fixed the WhatsApp
wallet never actually being debited despite spend being tracked correctly
elsewhere, metered AI interpretation, translation, and voice transcription against
the wallet for the first time, and repaired a broken speech-to-text contract that
had silently failed every voice-note transcription in production. A combined
notification bell replaces an easy-to-miss Home-tab attention feed, and workflow
automation toggles were fixed to reflect what their underlying senders actually do.
A cluster of ledger-reconciliation fixes closes out the release: split-payment
misbucketing, pharmacy invoice IDs permanently landing NULL, and GST-inclusive
pharmacy reports that didn't foot for accountants.

**v11.12 — Fertility Outcomes & Document Accuracy** (July 2026)
Ships the IVF Outcomes & Live-Birth-Rate program: a single audited source of
truth for pregnancy outcomes replacing unaudited direct writes, a
follow-up worklist with cohort-maturity checkpoints, and age-banded,
denominator-honest LBR/CPR analytics across both ART and IUI. Four legacy
paper forms (ART Report, FET Discharge Summary, Embryo Freezing Report,
Semen Freezing certificate) are rebuilt as structured digital reports with
PDF export. A clinic-wide pass corrects consent text, timezone, and identity
fields across IVF-generated documents. Insights gains a Pulse section for
proactive practice signals.

**v11.11 — Unified Approvals & Practice Intelligence** (July 2026)
Ships the Unified Approval Engine: a single inbox and drawer for every
approval type (catalog changes, price edits, stock adjustments, payment-mode
corrections) with display-only risk tiers, and resolve actions restricted to
owner-level roles. A shared invoice calculator becomes the single source of
truth for invoice totals platform-wide, IGST support lands for inter-state
billing, and a nine-bug pharmacy schema-drift sweep closes correctness gaps
in the narcotics register, advance ledger, and COGS reporting.

**v11.10 — Billing Integrity & Multi-Branch Pricing** (July 2026)
Rebuilds how money moves through the ledger: Collect Fee and Bill Patient
become separate, permanent fiscal records instead of a cancel-and-reissue
pair; refunds run through an atomic, idempotent RPC with an append-only
audit trail; and correcting a paid invoice moves from an all-or-nothing
block to a proper mode-aware correction flow. Pharmacy billing gets a
matching accuracy pass, and branch MRP/purchase-rate become genuinely
branch-owned.

**v11.9 — IVF Clinical Suite & Adaptive Patient Intake** (June 2026)
The deepest IVF clinical workflow expansion to date: a full rebuild of the
Rx session for IVF patients with six visit-type–routed panels and new
clinical utility functions.

**v11.8 — Lead CRM, Camp Intelligence & Tax Compliance** (June 2026)
Ships three capability bundles spanning lead CRM, marketing camp
intelligence, and tax compliance.

**v11.7 — Platform Drug Catalog & Drug Intelligence** (June 2026)
Ships a 247,000-drug platform master catalog.

**v11.6 — IVF Investigation Report & Partner Linking** (June 2026)
Ships two foundational IVF features: Partner Linking and the Investigation
Report.

**v11.5 — Finance Intelligence & Pharmacy Approvals** (May 2026)
Ships a ledger intelligence layer: every bill carries a full audit trail of
who edited what and when, edit modals pre-fill from existing line items, and
a per-item effective price and discount badge makes billing transparent at a
glance.

**v11.4 — Document Hub & Scribe Accuracy** (April 2026)
Ships the folder-style Document Hub, replacing the flat patient document
list with named folders, newest-first sort, and direct file uploads into any
folder.

**v11.3 — Consultant Passport, Trace & Clinical Workflow** (April 2026)
The largest module launch to date: two new product surfaces alongside a full
clinical workflow overhaul.

**v11.2 — Super Admin Command Centre** (March 2026)
Ships a unified six-tab operational dashboard for super_admin and ops_admin
roles.

**v11.1 — Pharmacy Deep Dive & AI Transparency** (March 2026)
Deepens every layer introduced in v11.0.

**v11.0 — In-House Pharmacy** (March 2026)
Ships the complete In-House Pharmacy module.

**v10.7 — Automations, Lead Intelligence & WhatsApp Reliability** (March 2026)
Closes the loop on AI-driven lead management: Automations Hub v2 adds an

**v10.5 — Patient Intelligence & Drug Safety** (March 2026)
Overhauls the patient clinical record with a 70+ condition medical profile,
an interactive lab results system with out-of-range detection, and smart
clinical badges surfacing lab alerts on appointment rows.

**v10.4 — IVF Deep Clinical & Enterprise Plans** (March 2026)
The deepest IVF clinical expansion since the module's v10.0 launch, plus a
full plan structure overhaul.

**v10.3 — Navigation Redesign & Rx Templates** (March 2026)
A Navigation Architecture Refactor restructuring the sidebar into a
Daily Work / Setup model; a Unified Rx Template System replacing the
fragmented chip architecture with a single DB-backed library; and Vitals
Grid v2 with context-aware slot layouts.

**v10.2 — Lead Analytics & Conversion Metrics** (March 2026)
Adds the Lead Analytics dashboard on top of the v10.1 AI Lead Qualification
engine.

**v10.1 — AI Lead Qualification** (March 2026)
Routes every unknown WhatsApp enquiry through an AI conversation before it
reaches the clinic's team.

**v10.0 — Calm Confidence** (March 2026)
Two major additions: the IVF & Fertility module (full cycle management,
milestone-linked advance ledger, refund calculator, WhatsApp-native patient
communications), plus a systematic design overhaul.
