Every "best clinic management software in India" list has the same problem: it treats eight very different pricing models and eight very different feature sets as if one ranking could capture all of it. A platform that is the right call for a solo doctor on a tight budget is often the wrong call for a 5-doctor polyclinic, and a platform built for patient discovery solves a different problem than one built for IVF cycle management. This comparison covers eight platforms — Practo Ray, MocDoc, Clinicea, HealthPlix, Eka Care, KiviHealth, DocPulse, and CuraVerto — on published pricing wherever it exists, genuine strengths, and the clinic type each one actually fits. Where a vendor does not publish pricing — MocDoc and DocPulse do not, and Eka Care's own site routes to a demo flow rather than fixed tiers — we say so directly rather than repeating an aggregator estimate as fact. If it is patient discovery, Practo Ray solves a problem CuraVerto does not. If it is ABDM integration, HealthPlix or Eka Care get you there today.
