# About CuraVerto

CuraVerto is a clinic, IVF and hospital management platform for Indian healthcare providers. It brings appointments, patient records, digital prescriptions, GST billing, pharmacy and WhatsApp messaging into one system, with WhatsApp as the way patients reach the clinic.

## Who makes it

CuraVerto is built and operated by Apex Meridian Private Limited, a company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The team builds one product and supports the clinics that run on it directly, by phone, WhatsApp and email.

## Who it is for

Clinics (solo practitioners, polyclinics, dental chains, physiotherapy centres and diagnostic labs), IVF and fertility centres, and nursing homes and small and mid-size hospitals that run in-patient wards. It is not aimed at large multispecialty hospital groups that need an enterprise hospital information system.

## How it is priced

Each clinic pays one flat annual subscription. There is no per-doctor licence fee and no commission on consultations or bookings. Plans and prices are published at https://curaverto.com/pricing.

## How patient data is handled

The clinic owns its patient data. Every clinic is isolated from every other clinic, records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is built for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. ## WhatsApp

Messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Cloud API. A patient messages the clinic to book a slot, then receives a reminder, a queue token on the day, and the prescription and invoice as PDFs in the same chat.
